Daquoise – a thin, nutty disk sandwiched by icing
Meringue Circle – a thin, light as air meringue sandwiched by icing - adds an interesting crisp before melting in the mouth
Praline Disk – a thin chocolate or white chocolate disk with ground homemade praline mixed in, sandwiched by icing.
